Working with Sheila as my spiritual mentor has changed the way I live. I understand myself on a deeper level and have been able to work through some emotional traumas that I didn’t even know were suppressed inside of me. The combination of mentoring + healing meant that we could work through things as and when they came up and then Sheila could do a healing session to help me move forward and let go of situations. She also taught me how to live a shamanic life style; protecting my energy field, working with my guides, doing ancestral clearings, using the shamanic drum to meditate; working with crystals, tarot and being conscious of how I look after my body and what I bring into my home. “I’ve suffered with eczema for nearly 50 years and tried every drug and therapy possible. Lately I’ve also developed photo-sensitivity as a side effect from years of taking prescription antihistamine. The eczema was so bad I had to bandage my hands before work. Doctors told me the only avenue left was a drug that would suppress my immune system and leave me susceptible to every cold and flu going, perhaps worse!
After only a couple of healing sessions with Sheila the effect is amazing. I’ve had no eczema on my hands now for 6 weeks and for the first time in my life I realised that I was leaving the house without any creams or potions! My body is healing too and I now have very few breakouts and have only 10% of the eczema that I had.
